WILLIAM H. JEFFS
William M. Jeffs was born and raised in Provo, Utah. He graduated from BYU in 1987 with a BS in Business; graduated in 1990 from BYU law school with a Juris Doctorate; admitted to the Utah State Bar since 1990; married and has five (5) children and currently living in Orem. His law practice emphasis is in wills, estate planning, trusts, probate, guardianship/conservatorship, landlord and tenant law (namely leases and eviction work), and corporate law. Mr. Jeffs has been practicing law for 14 years and has worked for the family firm since 1990, with his father, two (2) brothers, and two (2) other associates. He has one (1) other brother who is currently living in Hong Kong, China working as an attorney as well. Mr. Jeffs is the past president of Sertoma. Member of the Central Utah Bar Association. Member of the Utah State Bar Fee Arbitration Committee and lectures regularly for Brigham Young University, Church groups and Community Action, a non-profit entity. His personal hobbies include running, bicycling, rock climbing, golfing and currently training for a mini-trialthon.
