The Foundation is honored to assist cancer patients and their caregivers conquer cancer through the power of story. Working with the fastest growing personalized storybook company in the world, Heritage Makers, the Foundation will provide an online publishing account and two copies of a 28 page, 8x8 storybook (one storybook for you and the other to be placed in the Foundation Library). You pay only the shipping charges for your storybook.

The gift is available to cancer survivors, family members, and oncology nurses/staff members.
The offer is open for 60 days upon acceptance of this application (30 day extensions are available by contacting your Foundation Representative).
The Foundation will place your second storybook in its Library so as to be shared with others faced with similar challenges.
