USE THE FOLLOWING TOOLS TO TELL YOUR STORY

The Foundation provides all the tools you need to get started. Foundation Advocates are available to assit you each step of the way.

Step 1: Complete and submit the Foundation Application Form.
Approval will be completed within 48 hours. Complete and submit application form (online) or download the application form (PDF)

Step 2: Review the Foundation Story Guide.
This story guide will help you plan your story. It is filled with ideas for photos and story text. While waiting for approval this is an excellent time to begin planning. Download the Story Guide (PDF)

Step 3: Learn more about the Foundation.
A brochure has been developed for you to learn more about the Foundation. Download the Brochure (PDF)

Step 4: You will receive materials needed to write your story on-line. Your story can be written at home on your computer or with a writing group in a 6-8 week program. You can choose what works best for you. Check to see if there is a writing group in your area.
