INTRODUCTIONS: WELCOME TO THE FOUNDATION
Create your story, add favorite photos and publish! The Foundation for Stories of Cancer Heroes and its many advocates throughout the nation works with you to make it happen.
The mission of the Foundation is to reach each child, youth, adult and/or their caregivers, including doctors, nurses and staffs whose lives have been touched by the Cancer experience, to write and publish their stories, thus creating legacies of real life heroes!
This mission is being made possible through the generosity of our angel donor, Mr. Danny Temkin.
All approved applicants receive an online publishing account to create two hardbound published storybooks - one for you and your family, and the second for the Foundation’s Library where it will be shared with others enduring similar struggles.
Applications can be completed and submitted online or can be downloaded, filled out and faxed in.
